Bill related complaints
Any bill related complaints such as: - Bills for the current month not received, outstanding bills etc. for additional bills etc. by contacting the concerned electricity office and the service centers under the electricity office. If an immediate solution is possible, it will be settled. Otherwise the next contact time will be informed with a registration number and settlement will be taken within the next seven days.
Bill payment
Customers will be able to pay their electricity bills at the designated bank of the electricity office and through Banglalink, Grameen, Robi.
Complaint of power outage
Power Outage Complaints Specified “If you report a power outage to the Complaint Center / Executive Engineer / Residential Engineer’s Office, you will be informed of the complaint number and possible time of disposal. Disposal will be arranged within 24 hours to rectify your power outage in the order of complaint number. In some cases, if it is not possible to rectify the power outage within the stipulated time, the customer will be informed.
